This is a shopping center building that we built for a local developer in Houston. We have done multiple projects together, and as the neighborhood has been experiencing gentrification many landowners in the area where if support of us taking the previous carwash out and creating a new space for Plains Capital Bank and Foot Locker to come into the neighborhood.
